Dado is one of the hardest working members of our installation department. He is a native of Bosnia and has a background in various fields which gives him magnificent insight into his current position of installing all kinds of heating and air conditioning equipment. He keeps current with industry trends by attending whatever local training is available.
Dado lives in Chili with his wife and children. When he in is not working he enjoys: soccer, working on computers, dabbling in used car sales, and spending time with his family.

Jeff is one of our longest term employees. When he started he knew little about the HVAC industry but has really blossomed over the last 14 years to be one of our most experienced and valued employees. Under the watchful eye of one our former senior technicians Jeff gained valuable insight into the installation of our niche market of high velocity mini duct ac systems, and has become our lead Unico installation technician. He also regularly handles service requests and can install and service gas fireplaces. Jeff is a great employee.
Jeff, his wife and two teenage sons live in Ontario NY. On weekends you’ll usually find Jeff hunting, fishing or playing volleyball with his friendc and family.

Rich has a college certificate degreed in heating and air conditioning from Seminole Community College in Lake Mary Florida. He worked at a couple of other local heating contracting companies where he honed his craft before joining Hawn Heating. He has a strong service background and a wonderful positive attitude. We’re sure you’ll find his pleasant “can-do” attitude admirable too.
Rich lives in Hilton with his wife and children. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Over the years Steve has accumulated a tremendous amount of knowledge of the heating and air conditioning industry. There is no project too big or small for Steve to tackle. He’s been doing HVAC related service work for over 20 years. There’s not much that surprises Steve anymore, but that doesn’t mean he’s content with his knowledge. He’s continuously on the lookout for new learning opportunities to help serve you better. What more could you ask for from a service technician?
