My husband and I were in New York City for a week long get away and Rochester was going through a cold snap. Our house sitter discovered the house temperature was dropping radically. She let us know and we contacted Hawn immediately the following morning. They were so friendly and helpful and made contact with our house sitter and arrived at our place within 30 minutes. The service rep put our house sitter and ourselves at ease and repaired the furnace quickly and efficiently. He was amazing.

This is easy: Al Hawn treated me like I was his only customer beginning in 1982. Everyone I've dealt with since has done the same thing. The furnace sometimes makes me worry. I pick up the phone and call you. I stop worrying. The technicians you send are always polite, smart, informative, and they wipe their feet. If everyone behaved this way, there'd be far fewer wars.

We purchased a furnace, air conditioner, and service from Hawn for many years at our previous house in Pittsford. When our old furnace died in the winter, Hawn employees brought in space heaters to keep the house warm while they installed the new furnace. We have always been impressed with Hawn employee professionalism and courtesy.

We purchased our home in 2007, yet it was built in 1919. It came with a new gas boiler installed & serviced by Hawn sometime after 2003. I believe that Hawn also serviced the previous gas boiler. Having never owned a home heated by a gas boiler, Hawn's technician's were very patient, kind and quick to respond with all of our questions and maintenance needs. We now have renters and Hawn continues to ensure our home is well-heated and cared for. Thank you!

When our new furnace was installed, the guys chose to re-work the duct work to make it more efficient (it was a real mess!!). They were not only here all day, but labored late into the evening to make sure that the install went correctly and our family got heat on that cold November night. That day alone ensured our loyalty. Subsequent dealings with staff, both at Hawn and at home, has shown us time and again how willing Hawn employees are to extend themselves on their customer's behalf.
