Hawn Maintenance Plans Hawn Heating & Air Conditioning is pleased to offer PROTECTION PLUS and SERVICE PLUS for all of your residential heating and cooling equipment. These two plans allow you to receive regularly scheduled equipment maintenance to protect you from costly breakdowns.

You will also receive priority service for unscheduled repairs, performed by experienced factory trained technicians. We are committed to maintaining your heating and air conditioning equipment so it performs at its peak. Preventive maintenance saves you time and money by extending the equipment life and increasing energy efficiency

*Annual Maintenance, provided with both plans, includes the following:
Annual Humidifier Maintenance Replace pad/water panel Check/adjust float Clean pan and drum assembly Check for water flow and leaks Check for proper drainage Make recommendation of any needed repairs to systems
