I found Hawn in the yellow pages. They were prompt in responding to my call. Mike explained all the possible furnaces applicable to my home. Hawn was prompt, courteous and professional in meeting all the requirements in installing the gas furnace system. I will highly recommend Hawn to anyone interested in a furnace upgrade.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for doing what you say you would do, when you said it would be done, for the price you quoted.
I called four places on Monday to get pricing for a water heater. Your ad in the Yellow Pages was the only one I called that did not say "Same Day Service". Hawn was the only one that could provide same day service.
The water heater was replaced on Monday by one of your technicians, Tom Fennell. Dealing with Tom was a great experience. He was right on time, explained everything that he would be doing, answered all my questions and he cleaned up everything afterwards. It is also clear he is very knowledgeable about his profession. Tom even remembered my dog from two years ago when he quoted moving a couple of heat runs. That job also went quite well.
No one likes spending money on a leaking water heater. Your employees made it as painless as possible. My wife and I thank your company for the fast response, fair price and friendly personnel that came to our home. You will be our first call for any future work.
