For example, the 95%-AFUE Dunkirk Helix VLT Gas-Fired, Modulating Condensing boiler. At the suggestion of many heating professionals from across the country, we designed a new type of heat exchanger . This vertically mounted, helical fin-tube heat exchanger has wide, smooth waterways, designed with hard-water deposits and scale in mind. We fabricated this new heat exchanger from 316L/444 stainless steel for long life, and we back it with an outstanding warranty. We believe in this boiler, inspired by real-world, professional feedback.

Q90-100 Series IV
The Q90-100 Series IV condensing boiler offers a 90% AFUE efficiency rating in a small compact design ideal for low clearance/limited space applications. It features a high efficiency cast aluminum heat exchanger with low pressure drop, hot surface ignition (HSI) boiler control and a Hydrolevel combination high limit/low water cut off control with a boiler water temperature reset feature. A stainless steel premix burner provides corrosion resistance and longevity. The Q90-100 is a sealed combustion boiler which is approved for polypropylene venting and includes an induced draft blower with adjustable exhaust (front, right side or rear). This unit has a 15 year limited warranty.
